The only way to permanently heal and stay healthy is to address the underlying cause that creates symptoms in the first place. This question is, WHAT is the root cause?
Many practitioners believe that diet is the answer. While healthy eating can reduce inflammation and greatly improve your mental and physical health, dietary changes manage symptoms rather than offering a deep and permanent cure.
The true cause of suffering is literally in our mind. 95-98% of our mental and physical health problems are caused by emotions – created by both conscious and unconscious thoughts. Anger, resentment, worry, judgment (of self/others), etc., all interfere with the natural energy flow that keeps us healthy. These emotions also produce harmful chemicals in the body that create inflammation, leading to dis-ease.
While Classical Homeopathy can release anxiety and other unhealthy emotions, we have to change the way we think – and speak. Otherwise, we will keep creating the same – or new – health problems and never become completely well.
