Healing the Root

If you read my post, Why Symptoms Matter, you understand how the body communicates with us and why it is important to heed its messages. While you may be able to manage symptoms with drugs, surgery, nutritional supplements or diet, our health issues don’t go away, but simply change form unless we heal the root of the problem.

The only way to permanently heal and stay healthy is to address the underlying cause that creates symptoms in the first place. Many practitioners believe that diet is key. While healthy eating can reduce inflammation and greatly improve your mental and physical health, dietary changes manage symptoms rather than offering a permanent cure.

The Real Cause of Disease

The true cause of suffering is literally in our mind – really, our heart. 95-98% of our mental and physical health problems are caused by emotions – created by both conscious and unconscious thoughts. Anger, resentment, worry, judgment, etc., interfere with the natural energy flow that keeps us healthy. These emotions also produce harmful chemicals in the body that create inflammation, leading to dis-ease.

While Classical Homeopathy can release unhealthy emotions along with physical complaints, we have to change the way we think and talk to ourselves (and others). Otherwise, we will keep creating the same – or new – health problems and never become completely well.

Dr. Masaru Emoto’s water experiments in the video below demonstrate the power or our thoughts and words on the body. While becoming more positive requires practice, it can be done.

You will be astounded at how you health (and life) changes when you  ditch the negative self-talk, appreciate instead of judge others, and have a more positive outlook on life.

If this sounds overwhelming or doesn’t seem to help, there are many techniques that can clear subconscious thoughts and “programming” that you have inherited or acquired over the years. There are videos below on different techniques, including EFT, Hypnosis and Emotional Clearing.
